I only have to say, this is superb. I wish I could compose this kind of amazing score like you!

Mattashi responds:

You already do compose amazing music :)

A cute, pretty piece there! I agree with TaintedLogic that it sounds like a lullaby. It also gives me a beautiful sight of nature right in front of my eyes. Beautifully well done!

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Thanks a lot for listening, as well as for the review :)
I've finished up the arrangement of the "credits theme", btw. I'll need to revisit the mix at some point though xD

You're really making me sleepy there.
Nice work, I'd recommend you to add more instruments though, perhaps some strings, or tasty percussions on top.

Belthagor responds:

Yeah, I was thinking of adding a harp to this, thanks for the review!

Good job on this! Honestly when I saw the word "Cover", I thought of something very fresh blow into the Beethoven, like Vivaldi Electro. But...

Eh, it was still good. I like how you did with the volume adjustments on few parts, as well as keeping the originality safe and sound. I think those crashes & drum snares are bit loud for this quiet and solemn track. Maybe lower it a bit down? And also, the piano sounds bit robotic (but I understand if this was unintended. I once had that feedback long ago).

But I enjoyed the piece overall, as a Beethoven fan. Good job.

Kysertron responds:

Thanks for the review! :D

This is my first time doing a Beethoven cover, but I hope to improve next time I do a Beethoven cover. :)

When I do remakes/covers, I like to keep as much of the original rhythms as I can while also keeping the sound design original.

Overall, it's kinda random and messy - I'm not sure what measures you're using.
But definitely MUCH better than your previous track.

You're doing great. Keep it up.

LordMoldemort responds:

Thank you Jessie. I used guitar hero lll and I made my own song i think.

This was really well done! I love the instruments you used. The chord progressions and the melody lines are also well done. I especially love the mallets and the bells. The only small hint of error as a space music (personally, of course) is that this track overall feels more like Halloween rather than sci-fi music. Not sure if you intended to this, of course.

But I really enjoyed the track, especially the story overall. 9/10, my friend.

Kysertron responds:

The Halloween feel was unintended. I do tend to bend the rules on how I do themes for music.
My idea of Halloween music tends to be more on the scary side:

(please note that this songs are old, so the mixing will be very bad)

Although, I do see what you mean by why it sounds more like Halloween music. I was using sounds and effects in the background to give the song a more creepy feel.

Man, oh man. This is beautiful. Love the lyrics, the piano progressions and especially the whistle. Amazing track.

etherealwinds responds:

Thank you very much Jessie! Happy to hear you liked it!

Good job on working this. I love that piano line that matched with the heartbeat. Nice work on the slow epic part at the back.

N3PHRON responds:

Thank you so much!

As a person who tends to enjoy perfect harmony, this sounds really messed up.

It was fine from 0:00-0:16 - it sounded a bit interesting. But as it passed 0:17, the mallets sound started to sound weird. That was still fine for me since I understood that you were trying to add some more creativity. But then, after a few seconds, it destroyed my hope. It remained weird until the end of the song. No chord progressions, no surprising elements, just a weird chord lines from the mallets and the same old wompy bassline. I had to turn off this song half-way.

And also, I don't even know if this is a Video Game track. Why not just turn this into Experimental? That could make much more sense.

I hope this doesn't make you offended or anything, but I just wanted to share my thoughts with you, as another fellow musician. I know that you're trying to be creative, and experiment the instruments you have. But it still needs work. A lot of work. I'm not good at teaching things, but all I can say is to listen to many tracks and try to research the elements inside it. That could help you create better tracks in the future. I also listened to your track, "Incendio", and honestly that was much better than this one, even you followed the same method. So yes, even if you used online tools with limitations, you can still create a better piece.

I give you great encouragement to try to keep working on it. Keep up the good work.

LordMoldemort responds:

Thank you for the criticism. It helps me to learn from other musicians. I changed the genre to experimental.

Oh my goodness, wish I am capable to play that beautiful piece with my violin.
This is so full of emotion and tenderness. Brillant piece. *standing ovation*

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Thanks a lot, Jessie! I'd like to learn to play the violin too, but that would take me a looooong time :D

I love the power of melodies. Adventure!
