Sure.
A famous medical company develops a cure that dramatically increases human intelligence. Unfortunately, there is a side effect: obsessive paranoia. A daughter named Lucy (who loves astronomy but isn't good at studying) secretly takes the cure with her friend and starts to lose faith in her father. The relationship crumbles as her father takes on an endless journey to the cosmos, while the whole society starts to collapse and the end of the world begins. . .
I still need to develop some more, but I guess that's how the basic story is going to be.
